Welcome to the DoGA project databaseThis is a collaborative effort between the Lohi research group1,2, the Genetics of Complex Phenotypes research group2,3,4 and the Clinical Transcriptomics research group4. This novel web resource presents promoters, enhancers and gene expression atlas found in over 100 dog and wolves tissues.
This database contains information about a total of 6096 samples out of 133 tissues from 19 dogs from 17 breeds and 17 wolves. The tissues were taken from 10 anatomical regions spanning through 15 organ systems. This collection also includes data for 12 dog embryos.
